Yes, RoboHelp 7 does support .NET and in fact has a nice API
You will find it along this path of your installation folders
along with documentation.

RoboHelp, the authoring tool does not run on Linux. However
the common output (WebHelp) does run on Linux web servers and can
be viewed by most browsers on Linux and Macintosh (Safari) as well
as Windows browsers.
