It would be great, if the Adobe team brings to us the possibility to use other spaces in Camera Raw, like the team did it in Lightroom. Maybe in the near future ?
I'm not sure what you are referring to in Lightroom. You can export copies in different color spaces, and you can choose Adobe RGB for soft proofing, but you cannot choose a different working color space in Lightroom. Of course in Camera Raw you can specify the color space that is sent to Photoshop. But what else is there in Lightroom that you are referring to?
I was reffering to this :
- in Lightroom, we can convert the photos to sRGB, AdobeRGB, or ProPhoto RGB color space or choose to select a custom color profile.
- in Camera Raw, we can only convert to sRGB, Adobe RGB, ProPhoto RGB and ColorMatch RGB
Ok, I'll bite, why would you every want to render to (and embed) other than one of the three standard workspaces (forget ColorMatch) in an image?
