Selective caching of content when /allowAuthorized is set to "0"

In the dispatcher configurations, there is an option of not caching a content if the request is authenticated.

This is achieved by putting in the flag /allowAuthorized "0".

In this case, the dispatcher ignores all requets which has the header set, even for assets and design artifacts (such as css, js etc.) as well.

Is there a way where we can selectively define that the static objects (independent of authorization such as images, css, js etc.) are to be used from cache and the html are not to be cached?
