What are you editing, and does your project match your video?

What is a CODEC... a Primer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/546811
What CODEC is INSIDE that file? http://forums.adobe.com/thread/440037
Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... a screen shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing
And, for the future, you need to provide more information when you ask a question

Thank you for the answer, I try to be give as much info as I can, sorry for that.
I choosed the HDV 720p30 when started up the project. The file I used is AVCHD (I also tried a clip shot with an Iphone with the same result).
I imported it through File-Import.. Watched it in the left window, it looked fine, dragged it to the sequence and watched it in the right window and then it had changed to black n white and upside down.
I guessed it didnt have anything to do with codecs since it worked in the left window as you see in the pic below. Is it posible to say anything with that info?
Thanks and sorry for my noobe mistakes!

You are trying to fit square pegs into a round hole... start with a correct setting in a new project and see if that helps
Please NOTE that the PPro CS6 screen may look a bit different (I use CS5)
For CS5 and later, the easy way to insure that your video and your project match
