Q: I’d like to cancel my Elements Plus membership. How do I do that?
A: To cancel your membership, sign in to your account on Adobe.com and click Delete Account. (If you’ve forgotten your Adobe ID username and/or password, you can also retrieve it there.) You can contact Support to assist with cancellation.
IMPORTANT: Remember, when you delete your account, all membership benefits — including sync, storage, and access to your photos and videos online at Photoshop.com — will immediately stop working, and your files and data will be inaccessible.
