Premiere Pro CS6 always crashes while rendering on any system

    tigermiri82

Premiere Pro and After Effects always crashes while rendering a 3 minute Film with 1080p 25fps at 18%.

When I try 720p it crashes at 9%. there are no animations and no effects. Doesn´t matter if I take several formats and serveral codecs, I tried a lot. But after one week without help from Adobe I ´m getting very dissappointed!!!!

AND NOBODY ANSWERES THE PHONE? WHY? ISN`T THERE ANYBODY????? I think so...in the chat there are only students who don´t know anything.....

This happens on my MAC at Work. On our PC at work (we bought last week Premiere for one month because we thought it is about the Macintosh systems which couldn´t render HD)

On my PC at home and on the Power MAC with SSD at home.

There is no support who could help, so please what should I do now?

      Loosing my job????

      I don´t like Adobe anymore.......

Please don't post entire crash logs.  Most of us have no idea what the information means, and it makes the thread unreadable, which lowers the chance that anyone can help you.

I'm not a Mac guy, so I can't do any specific troubleshooting to help you out.  Try cleaning out your media cache database, deleting all of the cache files you can find and then trash your preferences.  Restart and try again.

Here's a link on how to trash your preferences:
