Are you set to High Quality Display? If you wish to edit the hand illustration, why aren't you doing it in Illustrator?
I don't want to edit the illustration in Indesign. Maybe I did not explain it correctly.
I just placed the illustration in Indesign as it is part of my page layout.
Yes I was set to Hight Quality display. I changed the display, I even printed the page containing the illustration, and the problem still.
thanks for taking the time to help me!
Does it make a difference if you save it as PDF in Illustrator and place that? Does it look correct in an exported PDF, rather than a print, from ID?
Yes, similar to that, was it saved as an .ai with PDF compatibilty switched on?
Yes, the .ai was saved with PDF compatibility switched on.
I found the problem!
When I did the mesh, I filled the shape with a pantone color and made the color variation with mesh tool using HSB pallett.
I did a new mesh but this time using Pantone color for everything.
Now it shows fine in InDesign.
Thanks again for taking the time to help me!
