I have a picture of a military headstone with the color of the letters and numbers washed out. How can I add color back in.
Generally speaking, it would be best to make a selection of the letters, and add color to the individual letters.
If you are so inclined, please post the picture for more targeted guidance.
You can do this via the camera icon here in the reply box.

Sorry everyone but cant get picture moved to upload. I select the camera but nothing happens. I am new at this.
Perhaps you can get someone to help you post here. Then, we can work on the picture. We'll be looking for your progress.
Wazzy, I encountered the same issue because of my browser. Try using Internet Explorer if you are not using the one.
Try uploading the picture to www.pixentral.com. It's a free service. Then post another nessage letting us know the picture's URL.
