1. Re: I want to have my project and auto save files on different drives. Is there a way to set that up?
JSS1138 Jan 24, 2013 7:45 AM (in response to mark2ain)Autosaves go in the same folder as the project file, no way to change that.
But you can Save a Copy... to any location you like.

I always do this to another drive. Auto Save can be a bit unreliable sometimes.

JSS1138 Jan 24, 2013 7:52 AM (in response to Ann Bens)Same here. At the close of every edit session, I Save a Copy... to my Dropbox folder on a different hard drive (which has the added advantage of duplicating that project to the cloud).

mark2ain Jan 24, 2013 10:42 AM (in response to JSS1138)Thanks to both for your replies. I always knew being consciencious would work -- was hoping for a lazier work around. Being able to choose my location for auto-saves seems to exist in other editing programs. Perhaps there is a way for me to make this a feature request, but I don't know the process. New to editing with Adobe products.
