      I am trying to Cancel my subscription, but I am not able to do so.  I keep getting a message about Adobe Flash being required to view the "My Subscriptions" page.  I have re-installed Adobe Flash twice now, and I have tried 3 different web browsers: IE, Chrome, and FireFox - Seems to be a problem with Windows 8.


      Please advise.
