What is Issuu? It's not a supported InDesign export format.
The problem I'm having is that these converted files support URL hyperlinks but not any other kind of interactivity. I was hoping I would be able to use URL hyperlinks to other pages within the document if this was even possible.
I'm trying to get some assistance from the Issuu help staff but I'm not really getting anywhere. Hence the post!
That term has not been used in a long time. The file format is .folio.
I'm moving this to the DPS forum but I will admit that I am totally confused by your posts.
you can specify a button. which has "go to url".
as url specify "navto://Nameofarticle"
If you want to jump to a specific page in the article use: "navto://Nameofarticle#2".
this jumps to the THIRD page.
#0 = first page
#1 = second page
so if your article is "23-fitness" and you want to jump to page 4 you use "navto://23-fitness#3"
a tip: download the app"DPS Tips". There are lots of infos in it like this.
Okay, I see now.
I'm going to move this back to the InDesign forum since it's not about DPS. That said, it's also not really appropriate here. Check with issuu.
It can't be a widely used service. I don't recall ever seeing a question about it. You'll have to ask "issuu" tech support.
