How do you lock a drawing to prevent copyright infringement?

I have a problem. A competitor company appears to be opening up our technical document pdfs (that are posted on our website) and reusing our technical drawings (created in Adobe Illustrator) in their documents. They change the font (and maybe move a line a bit) but for the most part the drawings are absolutely identical. Is there a way to "lock" a drawing so that the pdf cannot be opened in Illustrator and drawings stripped out and reused? Our copyright statements do not seem to bother this other company.
