This is not a feature in Adobe Presenter Video Creator, but you could achieve this by manually replacing the video file in the folder with your custom video file (not recommended). If your language is English, go to 'Documents\My Adobe Presenter Video Projects\YOUR_PROJECT_NAME\mt\" and replace 'presenter_video1.wmv' with your custom video, which should be in WMV format. Hope this helps!
That’s look like an interesting way around, does Adobe Presenter rely on those external files to control when and how the video and presentation displayed?
If that’s the case, than would the video need to be of the same length and format to have this work around to actually work?
Just my 2c, but you should look at Captivate. You can place a video in the presentation and then adjust how the slides appear with the video. This function, as renzil said, is not in Presenter. Using Captivate for this will save you a lot of time and aggravation.
Yes that would be ideal, I used captivate before. The much older version that is.
Unfortunately my current employer only provides Adobe Presenter 8 with Office 2010, and the Adobe Creative Suits CS6, which includes Premiere, but not Captivate.
So, would like to get as much as possible from the tools available, before I push another a shopping list on the executive’s desk.

To get this to work with Presenter, you may be looking at splitting the video up in to individual pieces that can be placed on the individual slides (or their sidebar).
The Video Creator tool is not really intended for this workflow, as stated above, and I feel you would spend much more time trying to get it to work, than just splitting up the video.
yes i think you right. thanks.
