Did you try to look at the information provided under "configuration status" in "Jmx" tab because here you can see all the services deployed and "interval" time after that it executed. I hope this will give you some better idea about JMX configuration

The shell scripts for CPU and free disk space checks are executed only when the respctive JMX values are read. So if you don't read these values, the shell scripts are not executed at all.
For other values displayed in the JMX console this is not a requirement, as some values are calculated anyway by the respective CQ services.
