Flash Player Doesn't Work

1/2 of the computers that I've been on can't run Flash Player.  I've uninstalled & reinstalled sooooo many times.  WHY?

You might get a better answer in the Flash forum. Most of the time, Flash is limited by some of the OSs. I believe that is the case with the iPad. Apple made a decision to not allow Flash as I understand it.
