    Submission Receipts Problem




      I have made an application form which is working well except that the submission receipt email function is not working. All the emails are delivered to me with an error message :

      Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

      This is the mail system at host mailer.acrobat.com.

      be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.


      For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>


      If you do so, please include this problem report. You can

      delete your own text from the attached returned message.

      What I think the problem is, is that the emails that the applicants are using is the internal email address of the University. These emails can work outside of the University, I think the adobe server cannot recognize these emails and cannot deliver them. I don't know if there is a setting that I must use or how to solve this problem.



      If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
