What site to exclude from restrictions to download executables from

Flash will not install unless I bipass our firewall with an administrative access - what a pain.

To fix this I simple need to know the ACTUAL site that is uses to download it's metafiles - to then exclude this.

Any ideas?

It doesn't use a single site. The download is handled via dynamic load balancing and depending on your location and the time of day there could be any number of IP ranges involved. Simply download the standalone installers:
