    Factory Reset Android Phone

      I just did a factory reset on my android phone and now Edge Inspect is not working. It was working fine before. I also change my router and wireless name as well. and all i get it waiting to connect. I have totally disable all firewall programs and added port forwarding for the port that it uses to communicate. Still nothing. Any ideas.

          When using Inspect with both devices and computer on the same local network, port forwarding should not be necessary for it to work in most situations.


          1. Are you sure you mean port forwarding?
          2. What port are you forwarding from and what port are you forwarding to?
          3. Are your computer and your device all on the same network?
          4. When you're attempting to do a manual connection from your device, are you using the IP number that's shown at the top of the dialog in the Chrome extension?
          5. What are the first couple numbers from that IP address?
