Is flex sdk 4.0 with blazeds 4.0.0.14931 compatibale with Flash Builder 4.7?

I have upgraded flash builder from 4.5 to 4.7 and am hitting a major problem.

We use blazeds 4.0.0.14931 and every time we try to generate our Services with Flash builder 4.7 x32 or x64 bit we always received errors when trying to use the application.

It seems to generate the objects fine and we receive no errors or warnings in flash builder, but when we launch the application we always receive the errors below.

I was wondering if there is a compatibility issue with something that we are using, either flash, flash builder, blazeds etc?

I have spent all morning trying several things to get this working and am out of ideas, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

      e.g.

TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert Object@16c800b9 to com.companyx.services.valueObjects.MyDto.
