I get nothing but deflection and dead ends with Adobe Connect tech support. Here is another message that often comes up when activating an email template.
If you use the reload icon and activate again, you will successfully activate the template. The errors mentioned haven't been consistant (as far as I can tell). They happen to me (as an Admistrator) and to an Event Administrator.

michellentiboston Feb 26, 2013 2:33 PM (in response to robert.hagearty)Don't feel bad - I have been waiting since January 8th for a resolution to my issue. My template isn't working - it only loads a layout that has one Notes pod that says The template you are looking at is the one we use if the default template isn't working.

ReenaYaduvanshi Jul 3, 2013 4:14 PM (in response to robert.hagearty)Hi Robert,
When we click on Edit Template or if we try to edit anything then we are in the Edit Mode , which means that we are still making changes . Now the Connect Engineers have not shown any SCO ID information on that page which reflects the frame of the page is associated with this information . On the Edit Page when you see this message "The SCO-ID parameter is missing" , that means that there is a method which is running behind this frame which expects a SCO ID and unless the SCO ID is available it would not reflect you the information associated with it .As per to the code behind that page the SCO ID fills up at run time when trying to access the content.
Thanks !
