You can filter the view. There is a "funnel" icon on the left side under the toolbar. You can setup a filter to only show repsonses that have a non-blank comment.
Sorry, I don't quite understand your second question.
When i go into the "funnel" icon it only gives me every single question and time answers, I dont see the response with a "non blank comment". - and if I want to get this answer what type of form question type will i have to use?
The second question was asking how to copy and paste the same question format over and over again. I dont see an option to copy and paste the whole question with formatted answers.

I am guessing that you've created a form that looks something like this :
Where you have a choice field, and conditional text field to enter answer in case the "wrong" choice was selected.
In this case, in order to show only submissions with selected "wrong" and non-blank comment, you would need to create the following filter:
Note the second condition - where it specifies only show non-blank entries.
Regarding copy/paste, are you using Chrome browser? There is some known issues with copy/paste when using Flash in Chrome, and until fixed the only solution is to use different browser.
Ok i was a bit caught up by the whole "question" label you have there (i was looking for "question"), because when i go to my form i have all 63 questions i typed in, but not "question." So for the next part i have to do this for all of my 63 questions, seems a bit much? And i select All or Any for this to display all the answers and not exlude? I need this to always be there, as we will always have a need to drill down to just the "fail" answers, is there a way to save this filter? Then we need to export this to excel (just the "fail" answers).
Also the second option you posted here "explain why you chose wrong" is not coming up for me? any tips?
Secondly, is there a way we can get an adobe specialist to look at our specific form?
