    Vendor ID not matching purchased book?

      I have changed jobs and got a new laptop. i transferred a text book i had purchased but ADE won't accept my vendor id and password for this book.

       

      i am thinking i had a different combo previously when i first purchased the book as i had this text book 2 jobs ago. However i am in the same industry so would like to have it handy on my laptop again.

       

      What can i do?
