I've tried it with Firefox and Safari. Anything more than 200-300 MB will not upload. I can upload large files with no problem to my website, Dropbox, Skype, Vimeo - literally anything else except Adobe cloud.

I just set up a Mac OS X 10.6.8 system with a Safari 5.1.2 browser. I am not able to reproduce the problem. One time I did see an issue where the upload completed and no file was showing. I refreshed the browser page and the uploaded file appeared. I have not been able to reproduce this again.
If you refresh the browser page do the uploaded files show up?

If you are consistenly seeing this issue with larger files then email me at kenrice@adobe.com. I will work with you to better understand what is happening on your system.
