That is not possible... a DVD is, by definition SD (Standard Definition)
NTSC is 720x480 (I don't do PAL, so I don't know the exact pixel size)
You need to export from PPro as MPEG2 DVD and import the separate sound and video files into Encore for authoring... see the link to the tutorials
Since you live in Australia, you need to find out the video standard for your country
I always seem to have a problem exporting my videos.

It seems that the video does not play back smoothly, it jitters about from random frames or there is a type of image shadow effect. where half the image stays there for a second in random squares while the rest of the footage moves on.
You see ths in the exported file?
Played how? DVD, Blu-ray, web, computer? If the last, what player?
I see this in the exported file, if it even exports. Sometimes it will come up with the preparing to export or whatever and the progress bar never moves.
Played on Computer on VLC and Quicktime.
