If you do a lot of work in Media Encoder, it leaves a lot
of stray temp files that can safely be deleted here:
You can safely periodically delete the entire contents of this folder.
Just skip any active files that pop up.
Thanks for the response Joe. I could not locate that file on either one of my machines running Premiere.
Would they be deleted when I delete the media cache files? These files, wherever they are, are huge!
Probably 40-50 GB.

i use a program called WinDirStat to scan harddrives for large files and folders that can be deleted.
Its free and very VERY useful
Are you sure you have deleted your preview files and
conformed audio files along with your media database files?

I located a TON of cfa & pek files on both machines and deleted them. That was it!
