Please bear with me, everytime Adobe releases one of the $9 specials, I will probably ask about it!
I have the CS5 Classroom in a Book, and see that the CS6 version is now available. Has anyone read the two? Is it worth getting the CS6 version?
If you're already past the beginner stage, and you've already read and worked through a recent edition of the Classroom in a Book, I wouldn't bother with the new one. The new one is updated with CS6 features, but it mostly uses the same lessons.
I really appreciate your response being honest, rather than just "BY OUR BOOKS!!!"
Our library at the office is getting nice and stocked - Adobe books, Colour Correction books, Camera and lighting books - even a greenscreen book or two. I have read more manuals over the past 11 months then I have over the past 36 or so odd years! Well worth it though.
