MichaelKazlow Feb 6, 2013 7:51 PM (in response to AZ Gal)How much free hard drive space do you have? How much RAM? What is the size of the files? What other backround processes are you running (anti-virus/spyare others?) I have found that certain antispyware and antivirus software caused all sorts of problems. Which is when I switched to Microsoft Security Essentials which I found caused fewer issues.

AZ Gal Feb 7, 2013 12:27 PM (in response to MichaelKazlow)My computer is more than adequate for the job, that's not the isse.
Here's something more specific. When this crash happened I had Outlook 2010, Internet Explorer, Word 2010 and Acrobat X Pro open.
I had "1" Acrobat document open that has over 250 comments.
I'd done an advanced search for a term so the search window was open
when I went to edit one of the comments to indicate it was "completed" I got this crash dump

YuvrajShinde071 Feb 14, 2013 10:00 AM (in response to AZ Gal)Well, we must focus on authplay.dll file which is causing the crash.
-> Check if you have updated the program to 10.1.5 version.
-> Try repairing the program from the control panel > program and features.
-> If these fails, we can try to replace authplay.dll file and then try to launch.
Regards,
Yuvraj
