When I am in the “View Responses” mode and I click on any entry in a column that is gathering e-mail addresses, Outlook opens. Our institution uses Gmail. Is there a way to change this column in the response mode to text only so that we can copy and paste the information? We do not want Outlook to open on every e-mail response item. Thanks.
If you click on the column header for the emails and then use the enter key to tab your way down you can then copy and paste entries without outlook launching. You can also select and copy whole columns which also doesn't cause Outlook to launch. Additionally you can Google information on how to set your default mail client to something other than outlook.
