You can adjust the template to include or exclude whatever you like with
EditableRegions. In this case, however, it might be easier to use an include
file with your navbar code in that. There are various ways to do that,
depending on what language you are using (PHP, ASP, ColdFusion, etc).
If you want to send me the template or page off-line, I can show you how to
do this. Please use Zip format so that it gets through my e-mail ninja spam
thingy.

I am a hobbyist rather than a real web person so I don't know (PHP, ASP, ColdFusion). I do have the file in zipped form but can't figure out how to email it to you. Keep in mind my goal is to just update the navigation bar and leave all other content unchanged.
