Using a if else statement on a Submit button of a form

      Hello,

I am trying to set up a very rather difficult submit button. Rather than using just the submit form action I want to create a Javascript to accomplish my task.

Ultimately what I am looking for is I want a submit button to follow the paramaters below but I am not very familar with this language to accomplish the task.

If Check Box "New Hire" is checked and Dropdown "Location" is equal to Company1, then submit button will send form in PDF to emailaddres1@doamin.com.

If else Check Box "New Hire" is checked and Dropdown "Location" is  equal to Company2 , then submit button will send form in PDF to emailaddress2@domain.com.

Else, everything else then submits to emailaddress3@domain.com.

Then a Save As PDF and close the PDF.

If anyone could help me with this I will be very thankful. We are trying to combine a form for our companies rather than using a form per company.
