      Hi

Can the reader be set up to only receive the form data, with out logging into Forms Central?

Can the author be set up to not receive the email?

      Really confused

          Hi Bob,

          Sorry for the confusion.

          > Can the reader be set up to only receive the form data, with out logging into Forms Central?

Yes, a user that has been assigned the role of Reader in a form can receive email notifications, but to do so they must log into FormsCentral and enable them for the shared form.

          > Can the author be set up to not receive the email?

Yes, email notifications can be configured differently for each user that has access to the form.

          Regards,

          Brian

More clarification Please, in your response:

            > Yes, a user that has been assigned the role of Reader in a form can receive email notifications, but to do so they must log into FormsCentral and enable them for the shared form.

Everytime the form is filled out and sent, the reader gets notification and then must login to "Forms Central" to read it. Is this correct.

I was wanting the form data to go in a simple email to the reader not signing into "Forms Central" . Is this possible?

            Thank you

            Bob

There is an option to include the response data in the email body text.

                Hi Bob,

No. They only need to log in once to open the form and configure their email notifications.

                Regards,

                Brian

                  Hi

Thanks for hanging in there for me.

You say there is an option to include the response data in the email body text.

Can you give me a path to follow once in Forms Central?

                  Thank you

                    Hi Bob,

Do the following to enable email notifications that include the response data

                    1. Log into FormsCentral

                    2. Open the form

                    3. Switch to the Options tab

                    4. Select the Notifications panel

                    5. Check "Notify me via email when submissions are received"

                    6. Check "Include a summary of the response data in the email"

                    Regards,

                    Brian

                      Hi Brian

I have found that Forms Central is trying to see me as a non-supported country. No sure about this as I worked with the "Chat" techs to resolve this a few weeks back.

I will check back after this issue is resolved.

                      Thank you

                      Bob

                        Hi Brian

I have given up on Forms Central it will not allow me to just have the form go to an e-mail address.

I guess it alludes Adobe that not everyone that wants to use Form Central needs all the bells and whistles offered by Adobe.

I am going to call Adobe back tomorrow and get my money back. I really would like to use it but my customers are not going to jump through the hoops necessary to setup and use the software.

Your feed back and participation in this has been exemplary and I wish to thank you.

                        Bob
