1. Re: How do I import multiple responses from outside Forms Central into a form at one time?
Randy Swineford Feb 10, 2013 8:01 PM (in response to mlmiles1)Sorry, there isn't anyway to import a previously filled out PDF form into FormsCentral as a response.

mlmiles1 Feb 10, 2013 8:33 PM (in response to mlmiles1)OK. Any ideas for a workaround?
For example, could I upload the blank form, and then repeatedly refill the information in exactly the same way as the respondents and submit the completed forms successively? Would that process work? If so, that would be much easier than trying to do it via Excel.

3. Re: How do I import multiple responses from outside Forms Central into a form at one time?
Randy Swineford Feb 10, 2013 9:14 PM (in response to mlmiles1)There is a feature in Adobe Acrobat that takes all of the data from within PDF forms and then creates a spreadsheet from it. Its called "Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet"
Once you have that you can reorder the spreadsheet columns to match the order in the FormsCentral response table. You can then copy the spreadsheet rows/columns and paste into FormsCentral response table.
I can't guarantee it will work exactly right but its worth a shot.
Note: Google Chrome has a bug in it that prevents copy/paste. Make sure you are not using Chrome to do the copy/paste.
Hope this helps.

4. Re: How do I import multiple responses from outside Forms Central into a form at one time?
AlX Boi Feb 15, 2013 5:22 PM (in response to Randy Swineford)Hi,
I don't mean to hijack this thread, but Randy had mentioned a bug in Chrome regarding copy/paste. I've been searching for hours for a solution, but nothing on Google Chrome and c/p for the fillable area of a pdf document. Google forums have not yielded anything about fillable forms, so I'm hoping an Adobe forum would be more knowledgable.
I have a fillable form online where the fillable area cannot be pasted into or copied out of while using Google Chrome. Note that the text already on the document can be c/p'ed. You can see it here: http://www.centralcallegal.org/eictaxcampaign/Coverform.pdf This is a form for our self-help computer kiosks which use Google Chrome. The form is designed so users can copy and paste their own info into the cover sheet so there won't be any typos.
Without looking at alternative methods of using the form (i.e. saved on desktop), is there a way to fix this copy/paste issue? It is definitely a Google Chrome issue, as c/p works fine in IE and Mozilla. Thank you.

5. Re: How do I import multiple responses from outside Forms Central into a form at one time?
drdocument Aug 31, 2014 12:14 AM (in response to Randy Swineford)I also need to add existing data set to a FromsCentral response table which will be used with other forms. The data (130 lines, 3 or 4 entries each) is already in a table.
I remember there is a somewhat cumbersome way to get spreadsheet data into a FormsCentral response table -- not as easy as simply importing the spreadsheet, but possible -- but I forgot how to do that.
Can you help me, here?
