The best bet is to uninstall, run the cleaner tool (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html), and reinstall the software. Adobe products on a Mac are not happy with updating the OS without a reinstall.
Hi Larry, Thanks so much for acknowledging my question. Phone calls to Apple and Adobe have not resolved anything. Question. I backed up everything on Time Machine when I started having problems
with freezing, shutting down of certain other programs before I upgraded to Snow Leopard. If I uninstall CS3, will all my work that is saved on Time Machine be unaffected? I have it on an external HD.
If I reinstall the discs, will all of my files be "re-housed" into the program again of all of my old work. I am just not that computer smart. And, should I think about upgrading to a newer version of InDesign.
I do not use Photoshop much, never Illustrator or Dreamweaver. Thanks a million and may all of your cattle multiply! Sissi
