Just right click on your imported clip and choose Create Sequence from Clip.

There's no such thing. 1080i/30 is the norm. 1080p/60 is a newer format, though still fairly uncommon as you can't put it onto DVD or Blu-ray.
60i is a misnomer that camera makers use, but it's incorrect terminology. Adobe uses the correct terminology. If it's interlaced, it's 30i. Use that.
