HTML Animation from edge in PDF Article

HTML Animation from edge in PDF Article.

Ok hoping someone can help me figure out what Im missing here.

I have an animation from Adobe edge, composed of PNG's and a transparent Stage. If I place the OAM file in a jpg article the animation with transparent stage overlays my background in indesign (below the OAM) and works fine.

When I place the same OAM in a PDF article the Animation stage does not have a transparent stage therefor blocking my background?

I thought with the new tools you can place HTML files with transparent stages in to PDF articles?
