Okay I am trying to make a homemade flip book in Photoshop CS5 and am trying to save the frames.
I imported a video and converted it into individual layers for every frame.
Now I'm trying to save it by going to 'File > Scripts > Export Layer to Files' and there is no options in my Scripts tab at all.
When I go to 'File > Scripts' all that's in there is just 'Browse'.
Then when I click on 'Browse' it just takes me to the folder where I opened the PS file.
Anyone have any idea on how I can get the default scripts back?
I don't even have any scripts to export layer comps, which is something I do frequently.
Location depending on OS and Photoshop version the script should be in Photoshop Presets Scripts for example Windows 7
"C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Presets\Scripts\Export Layers To Files.jsx"
Do a search on you disk for "Export Layers To Files.jsx" in case the folder was moved. Other wise retrieve it from you system backup or reinstall Photoshop on top of itself to recover any missing files. You will not loose you Photoshop preferences and loaded actions etc your setting will not be overwritten.
I guess somehow I must have deleted all of my scripts. No idea how, but I'm reinstalling Photoshop. Thank you very much! Definitely saved me from having to do more work.
