I completelly agree with you there and think that Adobe is just wasting our time so that they do not have to provide any technical support anymore.
I just installed the upgrade for Adobe Drive 4.00 which of course as I found out messed up my Master Collection 4. and the access to all my data which is a lot on Version Que.
No support possible, no chat no email no anything. They just refer you to this stupid site where users that have mostly no clue are dumping their frustration.
It is time that I no longer buy Adobe Software which I have done to often over the last 20 years. Not even touched the Version 5.0 I bought over a year ago.
