installation fail

So when I go to YouTube video it says that Adobe Flash is missing. So I click on the link and i get here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ . Then i clikc Download Now and the download starts. Everything looks ok, but then suddenly everything turns off and there is a blue screen with white letters and it's everytime I try to download it. What's wrong?
