Just a few questions so things are clear. Do this happen with PDF forms that you've distributed via FormsCentral? Does this happen for everyone or just some users? One thing that can cause this is if the user's system date is incorrect or if the file somehow got corrupted after is was enabled.
I have tried doing it several ways. Create a pdf and add all the forms fields and sent to form central, the reader can hit the submit button but not fill in any fields. I have tried create a form straight from form central and get the same issue they can click on the submit button but not complete any fields. Both give that message about the extended rights. So frustrating. We have been creating forms for years in LiveCycle with no problems but all of a sudden readers can submit the form that is why we tried form central.
I was able to submit to Online 2013 Permanent Booking Form Adobe 11 Form central and Online 2013 Permanent Booking Form Adobe 11 using Reader 11 and Reader 10. Do you know what OS and the version of Reader your clients were using? Did they get the error when they submitted to the form or when they saved the form?
We have so many people who have not updated they are trying on 9. I might just have to tell them we can’t support under reader 10.
Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity. -General George S. Patton
