      Intermediate Level Adobe Business Catalyst Website Developer

      As a Fuel web developer, your primary focus will be building and implementing high-quality website designs using Adobe Business Catalyst. You will work closely with a team consisting of web designers and project managers and will be responsible for transforming the strategic designs into the high end, SEO optimised websites.

      Essential knowledge & experience:

      • Experience in hand-coding HTML web pages and an excellent understanding of HTML5 Web Standards
      • Extensive knowledge of CSS and new CSS3 elements
      • Excellent time and project management skills, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a commercial environment
      • Strong experience handling and slicing Photoshop files
      • At least two years of commercial development experience in an agency or commercial environment
      • Excellent portfolio of work
      • Excellent abilities in implementation of JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX
      • A passion to want to push the boundaries with website development

      Desirable knowledge & experience:

      • Working knowledge and experience of Adobe Business Catalyst CMS
      • Commercial experience with other leading CMSs (ideally eCommerce orientated)
      • CS6 and graphic / web design experience advantageous
      • Experience with Coda and a Mac environment
      • Experience in cross browser and platform dependent testing (IE7 and above)
      • Usability experience (UX) knowledge
      • API experience and understanding and execution of REST
      • Responsive design
      • Experience with HTML Boilerplate / Bootstrap and similar technologies
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
