Sorry, I don't understand. What do you mean by response area?
Can you provide some screenshots?
My Colleague, who will be predominantly using these Forms day-to-day uses a MAC and has found that, when her clients email the completed from back to her for review, she has to click on the ‘response area’ (see attached for my definition of what the response area is) to be able to view their responses.
I use a PC and when I open the same form on my computer, I too cannot see the responses.
But, when I filled out a form, re-opened it, I could see the reponses.
So I don’t know what to do.

You have to make sure everyone filling and interacting with the PDF form is using Adobe Reader. If a person is using the Apple PDF preview application or any other non-Adobe PDF viewer it can cause problems like you mention above.
