Importing XML in InDesign puts text over text for some weird reason

    Josh At

I'm using InDesign CS6 (Creative Cloud account, if that matters) and I've set up a document with XML tags.

There is a white text frame with a red border that is anchored in-line that will be filled with information.

When I do the XML import, the text frame fills and expands (height and width) with no problem, except that the text below it is now over it instead of below it.

If I edit the text frame's text, adding two hard returns/line breaks and then removing them, the text is in place properly.

Does it seem like this is a bug, or does it seem like I'm doing something wrong?

      Thanks!
