I can't download flashplayer!!!

I have been trying to download adobe flash player for 3 weeks and I keep getting error signals.  Today it said that I didn't have sufficient permission and that I needed to trouble shoot flash player installation on windows.  I don't know what any of that mezns or how to do it.  Can anyone help me?   Thank You Very Much,  Linda Smith    P.S.   I need flash player to run several of my programs!!

You need to use an Administrator account to install Flash Player, or run the installer As Administrator.

Download the offline installer(s) from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea... and save them to disk, then close all browser windows, right-click on the downloaded installers and select Run As Administrator.
