Dreamweaver CS3 won't run, uninstall or install

Dreamweaver CS3 running on Windows XP suddenly won't run.

I rebooted several times.

Tried to uninstall and it said Dreamweaver had been updated since first install and I had to first remove that update.  How do I do that?  I don't remember an update.

I tried to re-install without uninstall and setup would not run from my CS3 disc.

I've never come across such a problem with any program ever!

Any advice?

Thanks,

Doug

Jeff,

I'm not sure how you remove Dreamweaver from the Add & Remove panel.  However, I did run Adobe's clean-up program and it removed it from the panel.  Then I could re-install Dreamweaver.

FYI: I was getting no error messages what so ever.

Thanks,

Doug

Doug did you try removing Dreamweaver from the Add & Remove Programs control panel?  Could you perhaps provide a screenshot of the error message which you are receiving?
