Indexing: replace page number with multiple paranums

      Hello,

I have a document containing text editions (Sumerian and English translations), and need to index occurrence of personal names and the like. For each entry, I need to give the text number as well as the line number. I use a multicolumn table. E.g.

      Line
      Sumerian
      English
      10.a-bu-um-wa-qarAbum-waqar

should, assuming the text is no. 3, give

      Abum-waqar

            a-bu-um-wa-qar 3:10

(The marker is inserted just before the Sumerian entry.) Assuming that the paragraph tags for this are PHObjectID and PBTrlLineNo respectively, I have tried to put this on the reference page:

      <$paranumonly[PHObjectID]>:<$paranum[PBTrLineNo]>

by analogy to how running headers work (btw I should pick up always the previous line and text nos. of course), but I get this:

      Abum-waqar

            a-bu-um-wa-qar 10:10.

so it seems to pick up the line number both times (once without the period, once with) but not the number of the text, which occurs earlier. Is there a solution to this problem?

      Thanks!

      K
