    Reporting In BC

      Hi All

       

      I am having a few issues explaining the different reports to my client. I usually tend to work of Google Analytics. Would anybody be able to explain how the reporting engine works, or point me in the right direction?

       

      E.g

       

      According to BC reports I have had 685 visits from users using IE in January 2013.

      IE6 and IE7 resulting in 208 visits

       

      My Google Analytics tells me I have had 166 visits in IE for the same period.

      IE6 and IE7 resulting in 8 visits.

       

      I am sure most of you know where I am going with this and the the pain IE6 and IE7 can be when doing website.They are convinced 40% of the traffic is IE6 and IE7 and therefore they need a site just for those browsers.

       

      I wanted to clarify the reporting engine before I went to him and told him my findings.

       

      Any help would be really appreciated
