    catalog file name in PSE10

    Brazil210

Hi, I use different catalogs in my PSE10 for different purposes.

The file name of the catalogs is always the same: catalog.pse10db.

Ok, they are in different directories. And have have only one open at the same time.

But could it be a problem in a specific constellation? So would it be wise to rename

the file names of the catalogs - like catalog_tim.pse10db ?

      Thanks for your help

          No...

The catalog is not the catalog.pse10db file (an sqlite database), it's the whole folder containing the database with its accessory files (cache, status data...) and subfolders.

The catalog name is in fact the same as that folder name.

Don't try to change anything in that folder unless you know exactly what your are doing. For instance, deleting cache files may be useful or necessary.

If you want to create a copy of the catalog only (without the picture files) you can copy that whole folder somewhere.
