No, you cannot expect the document to print as it was designed to appear without the support files. The best you can do is replace the font with another typeface. Perhaps one that looks similar to Helvetica Neue Condensed. You can try that via the FindFont feature.
As for the missing images, InDesign will render a lo-res proxy for screen and basic output, but those too are unsuitable for professional output and will need to be replaced.
for the font, go purchase all the weights/styles of the font you need or change to a font you have.
the images and or graphic links is a little different. you need them else id will just use the low-resolution bitmap preview inside the id file.
And if you ever happen to export to IDML, you'll even lose the low-resolution bitmap previews (when opening the IDML file)…
