Hello, I am using Adobe Flash CS6.
This is a simple question.
There are 2 bitmap images , image A and image B
and I place them into a movie clip symbol like AABBAABB and I set the fps as 30fps,
but 1 frame of 30 fps is 0..03 sec and 1 frame of 15 fps is 0.06 sec. It means 2frames of 30fps = 1 frame of 15fps.
so If I reorder them like ABAB with 15 fps it plays like 30 fps does in this situation.
So, I have a question, which setting is better? 15 fps is much better for old PC?
Ultimately the lowest setting possible while achieving the quality you want is the best. However, in Flash you never get perfect time between the frames for whatever reason - even if it's something that divides into 1000 evenly.
lowest means, in my situation, you recommend 15 fps, right?
