I am trying to read and save items from my credit card and they won't load. Get a popup that says I need to update my adobe reader. I downloaded it andget nothing. Also tried calling their help line and got some guy I had trouble understanding. All he wanted to do was sell me soft wre to fix my computer coasting between $100 and $200, I AM VERY UPSET. Also download asks about reading and agreeing to their terms and liencing, but strangely they don't show me how to find them to agree or review. What is wrong with this company?
You can download Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
This will get you a copy of reader with no enhancements/ads for other products. The new Reader needs to be installed and the company you are downloading from has no idea if you have Reader on your computer or not. They have no idea. Your credit card company is just doing its usual job of terrible support and service.
